Insurance
I am an out-of-network physician for all insurance companies.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of the appointment (cash or check). A statement is provided upon request. You may use this statement to file a claim with your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be responsible for the full fee for any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Dr. Saal is extremely caring, competent, and consistent.
He has frequently been more than willing to go out of his way for us when we have waited until the last minute to get a prescription.
